I had used another plumber to clear my main sewer line but his fix only lasted two weeks. The two Roto-Rooter technicians that came were very professional and explained every aspect of what was being done. They quickly determined the real problem
(not even close to where the first plumber looked) and started the job. Eight hours later the job was done right. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave me tips on how to keep the drain clear. It was a bit pricey, but after my experiences with other less than professional plumbers, well worth it.
