Called B&B after my AC flooded my basement. The cleanup was great and very affordable. One year later there's no sign of mold or mildew on the carpet. I used them again to touch up my carpets before a big dinner party. They came out quickly and removed all of the stains left by three kids and two dogs. My rugs dried fast with no chemical smell. I'd definitely use them again.
