last summer when my A/C went out I called 3 other company's and they said they would be out tomorrow, or in a couple day's. So I called JR Putman, Justin came out right away, when it was really hot out side (about 108 degree's). He went up in my attic to check out my heat pump, which wasn't working at all. My sick mother lives with me and can't be exposed to extreme heat. Justin said that the unit was 20 years old and needed to be replaced, at the time I didn't have the money to replace it so, Justin spent all day long up in that hot attic to get it fixed, and he did it! Then a month later I had the money and Justin gave me a great deal, and had it done right away. The installation was great from Dave Stark, to the rest of the install crew. They were all professional, clean, organized, and had complete knowledge of the product,and had it done on time. Justin & Dave made mine and my family's (sick mothers) life so pleasant with this huge purchase. The experience was just great and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank-you JR Putman...
