For those of us who need to drive to and from our homes to have dinner, Memphis might be a bit far.
This barbecue is as good as there is in this part of the country. It's not Memphis or Kansas City but it's better than any barbecue within 100 miles.
So, if you need to eat tonite and not schedule a 3 day trip out of the region, the beef brisket rivals some of the best from even out of the region, the ribs are very good and the pulled pork is slightly above average.
Surprisingly, no reviewers mention the made-in-house pies which are very good especially the banana cream (not one of those greek diner horrors). Owner makes fresh crunchy cole slaw several times a day.

Blairstown is pretty far out for most but the Northwest NJ and far eastern Pa. Rt 80 corridor crowd should try it.
