No pressure to buy, extremely knowledgeable sales people, they were all very friendly and help full, they seemed honest and only to sell good quality flooring; when getting my carpets installed, the men worked with my timing to be able to paint BINS on my floors in between pulling up the old carpets and installing the new ones; They were on time, friendly, I paid exactly what the quote was, pricing was reasonable, and the carpets look great in my home. I was very pleased.
