Fairly competent but unprofessional.
I had issues with my laptop. They sent somebody out the next day and mostly restored it. (Cost was $85/hr.) That was fine, but I still had unresolved issues, such as not being able to wake up the computer once it hibernated. Called back a couple of times and left messages. No response. Finally got through to someone who just answered (as everybody at this business does) with some not terribly polite version of "hello" -- no business professionalism at all. He said someone would call, but nobody did. I called back and got through to someone who told me to run another virus scan and call back. I ran the scan but it didn't fix the problem. I called back and he was busy but said he'd call back. He never did. I finally gave up and searched out ways to fix the problems myself.
These guys aren't bad -- they did mostly fix the original problem and got the laptop working again. But they're not professional. For the price, I expect more.
