My family loves this place. This is my kind of restaurant. When I started asking about which dishes were "low fat", the waitress brought me a three ring binder. The binder contained the name of every dish on the menu. But best of all, it listed the exact ingredients AND the fat AND the calories. Why doesn't ever restaurant do this?? I selected a dish with "0" calories and "0" fat (not sure how they did it). It was two eggs (whites) over easy, on english muffins with a slice of turkey sausage. Tasted delicious. My daughter had the hash browns and cheese, with scrambled eggs on top. Service was great. They also give you a full pot of coffee if you order a cup, so you don't have to wait for refills. We have only heard good news from our friends that also frequent First Watch.
