Bethal builders built our home exactly the way we imagined it. Maybe better. They really are an honest, caring family business. Fab managed the overall project beautifully. He orchestrated all the construction so that the next project started just as the last was finishing. He is a perfectionist. I wanted to carpet the cellar floor but it looked so smooth that my husband wouldn't let me cover it. Fab himself did the grading of the yard. Our land is low lying and we fully expected to deal with occasional water issues during heavy rains. Thanks to Fab's meticulous attention and knowledge of water flow,
all the water flows perfectly away from the house even during the heaviest rain. He's an artist when it comes to designing the yard and the driveway too. Every time I look out the window, I have to smile. When Bethal is done with your home, all you need is grass and flowers. Bethal will be up front with you on all costs and will EVEN tell you where you can cut costs too. Yes, a builder that you can truly trust. My next house WILL be built by Bethal.
