This is the worst Coco's my family has ever visited even though the building and location seem great.If you are in the area go to any other Coco's, especially the Upland location on Foothill and 17th,

This location hides the 'specials' offered on the other location menus by stapling them inside a sleeve so you will not know the chain offers some great specials.The server was very abrupt about my ordering a breakfast off the senior menu (which the Upland Coco's glady does because it is not so huge and I like that) and was obviously irritated and could not believe the Upland location served that to me.

Then, I actually used a coupon at check out and they stalled and kept a huge line of people waiting.The reason we went to Coco's was to use the coupon; then they found a way to charge us MORE on a beverage to honor the coupon.

This location will not do well due to the management.If they send a coupon to your home and advertise specials, then you get there and they hassel you about it, people won't come back.Certainly we will not.The employees seemed afraid of the manager who made our 'server' quite rude, in my opinion.
