DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! NOISY NOISY NOISY!! I COMPLAINED ABOUT NOISE AND WAS TOLD BY CHRISTINA IN OFFICE THAT IF I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NOISE I CAN JUST MOVE!

Not happy with this service. They damaged my vehicle and would not make it right with me. Call roys towing or hooks and chains insted! stay away from owen crist

Is this a child day care or a library? I dont know who is louder, the million toddlers running around or the ladies behind the desk. One of them which has the most annoying laugh EVER! Go to West Des Moines Library or Des Moines Library.
