A great shop. Steve helped solve my electrical problem instead of buying a coil from him. It worked great and I appreciate the honest solid advise.

Well I returned for a new issue. I needed to replace a broken wheel for the same mower. I called and they said bring it by and we'll match it to one. I did, but they did not have any. No problem. They will order it. I went home to call in the model # ,etc. They said it would take a day or two. A week goes by... no word. I call and talk to another guy. He apolgizes and takes my name/number.. and will call me back when he has it all figured out. It's been 5 days.. so I am done.
I did the research online, found the part #, and called another dealer. He gladly ordered the part and it will be here tomorrow. Guess its a crapshoot there- varies on who is there and soforth. Nice staff, but unreliable followups.
