Hi TEXMEX and Texas food lovers,

I probably should not write this review, since we always have to wait a short time to be seated, but I feel obligated to do so.

A co-worker tipped me off to this place about 5 years ago. My family (2 kids 5 and 7) and I have been going to the Lone Spur once a month ever since we were lucky enough to find the place!!!

My kids always get the chicken quesadillas!!! If you can keep the kids happy, that's half the battle in eating out with a family. But the best part about the place is the friendly staff. Very nice and accomodating. We have NEVER had a bad experience....in fact, we are going tonight(Friday, 10-30), maybe we'll see you there.
