We have rented several times and never had any problems!! Generally they are much better to rent furnishing or appliances and even certain electronics... but I don't recommend getting a computer from them. We had one a few week and had viruses from the start... Most other things we have never had issues. Pay your bill and you will never have any problems! I know in the long run it cost more money watever the product, but for a family who doesnt have a few grand up front to purchase and needs item a.s.a.p. its the way to go.... Also we got beds and they did try playin us giving us a messed up frame... we addressed immediately and it was resolved!!
