I would like to comment on this dealership because they have truly earned it!!! I have purchased several vehicles from Couglin Newark in the past and will continue to do so when the needs arise. I again just purchased a vehicle this week 08/12/09 and noticed a small problem with it, Nervous I called my salesman Andy Jones and explained to him my problem, he responded go ahead and bring it by the dealership. when I got to the dealership Andy was busy with another customer so I thought I would go on inside and wait, when I got inside Mr. Casto the manager asked if he could help me, I showed him what the problem was and immediately my problem was handled. Here again is a good example of why I always send my friends and family to go and see the guys at Couglin Newark. They really do care about the customer!!!! Thanks again guys.
