I've been going to this place for 3 1/2 yrs now and never had a problem until this past Jan. 09'. They sent a coupon in my mail and when I tried to use it they said they couldnt do it until I fixed the tie rod. They told me my inner tie rod was cracked and they couldnt do the free wheel alignment. I have left this alone for 9 months and nothing has happened yet. So I went to go buy new tires this past weekend and they said nothing is wrong with the tie rod and they did the wheel alignment with no problem. I never thought Burgess Boys would lie to me because they have been so nice in the past to me. I always wondered how they get away with doing such cheap oil changes when we all know oil isnt creap anymore. I've been getting their oil changes for 3 1/2 yrs now and never had a problem. Someone told me they use really cheap oil that isnt good for our cars. My car runs great otherwise, so I don't know what to think now.
