I had a terrible experience with this company. I needed them to be able to put accents on some invitations (in spanish) like é and ñ but said they couldn't-- they told me that they make the fliers for Saint Mary's in Spanish, and they don't care when the accents aren't there, and neither should I.

They gave me a list of fonts I could choose, and I spent about an hour picking it out- the next day I had them make a mock up, and when I went to pick the copy up, the font was basically times new roman, not the cute, modern font I had chosen. They told me that that was the closest they had to the font that I had chosen (so why did they make me choose from a list of fonts they didn't even have!?) They refused to show me a list of fonts that they actually had- I had to go back more than seven times to argue about fonts with them, before they miraculously found a list of fonts I could choose from.

Getting invitations from this printer was like pulling teeth. I not recommend this company to anyone.
