My husband & I just bought our first new car from this dealership (2010 Focus-we did the cash for clunkers program) and are very happy. The salesman, Bob Gafka, was honest and helpful without being "high pressure/used car-ish" and the finance manager got us approved at the rate we wanted. I felt like they cared about customer service and therefore, I would recommend them.
