Had lunch there today - lovely view overlooking the bay. Food was fair; service was poor. When seated they asked if we wanted water but forgot to serve it until reminded which was after our food arrived. My husband ordered a shredded beef tostada, which arrived without any beef. The waitress did bring him a small dish of beef after he showed her the tostada had none. My burrito was small, did not have much sauce nor cheese.

Only 2 other guests. Booths seats were torn vinyl; some were patched. Hallway was dark- no lights as it was decorated for Halloween. Avoid.
