Excellent, knowledgeable and competent service. After many years of searching I have finally found a service center that treats you with old fashioned respect and superior customer service. They do not try to sell you what you don't need, even if you walk in telling them it's what you think you need.

I have a Jaguar XJ8, which can be a very difficult car to find parts for. Not only will they search all over the country for the best deal on the parts, but when I suggested that I have some internet sources for parts, I was encouraged to check them and purchase the parts myself when I can find a better deal on them, which I have done on occasion.

This is definitely not a franchise that is trying to bleed every penny from you. On the contrary, they will do whatever they can to help lower your costs.

Any vehicle I have had parts fail in, Paul has always kept the failed part to show me, explained the part's function, and pointed out the point of failure.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop where they can have work done competently, and be treated fairly and compassionately.
