Simon gave me an estimate to sweep my chimney and actually charged me less. He took pictures to show me repairs that needed to be made, gave me an estimate and showed up to do it in a timely manor and then took pictures of the repairs so you could see that he did them. Simon's prices are lower than anyone in the Portland area and he is good at what he does. I highly recommend his services.
