Dr. Prabhat does multi-task. However, while he was waiting for his assistants to get our records from Radiology why shouldn't he see another patient. That helps keep him on time. I find him to be extremely personable. He made my daughter feel very comfortable.
While a tonsillectomy is a small procedure to him; he recognizes it is not for the parents. He spent time with us and did not push surgery. He said we can convene again in 6months and should we choose surgery call before then to schedule.
