I am not new to recycling but have recently started to here in Lake county. I was concerned when I realized how "few" people really do recycle here. My first forays were confusing as to what went where and how but have now gotten it down to a science. They do want you to put it out early in the AM which isn't good for me so I have a neighbor take it out at night.
Every time I have called with a question and at first complaints that were my fault to begin with, everyone I have spoken with, has been calm and courteous and helpful. Today, I spoke with Pam who answered my question very professionally. She, as her co-workers are above the norm when it comes to customer service. Believe me, I know, having been a trainer in that field some time ago.
