beware bed bugs, roaches and mice! dont move here!

bed bugs were not taken care of for over 5 months!!!!!!!
leaky ceiling that leaks toilet water (yes its yellow and smells of urine)
bad paint job that is already pealing and i have only lived here for a year!!!!
I HAVE SEEN MICE ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS!!!
