I recently purchased a used vehicle from Beardmore Subaru, and the experience with the sales associate (Robert Beardmore) was great. Mr. Beardmore was very receptive to my buying needs. Unfortunately, the finance team was very unprofessional in offering extended warrantees at 2x the actual costs and demanded inappropriate release forms for rejecting the overly priced warrantees. Lastly, Beardmore does NOT fill the gas tank on its used vehicles - and they should considering the investment. It would have been nice not to nearly run out of gas upon exiting the dealership... a tank of gas is all it would have taken for customer retention!
