After our basement/garage sewer backed up we called roto-rooter and they arrived within an hour. The serviceman, Chris, was very good and was able to run the rooter down through a clean out entry pipe in the garage that prior servicemen were unable to use due to a sharp 90 degree turn. This saved me having to remove a basement toilet for entry. Chris did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. We tested everything before he left and all appliances were draining without problem.
