I totally agree..

My son moved out here in June 2009..His girlfriend (kids Mom) was in the hospital due to a seizure..He did not have any methadone for over 1 week and was in severe withdrawals..So he checked himself into the hospital so he could care for his children..but due to the state of mind he was in, he said he could not care for them and that CPS should come and get them..

A nurse lied about my son hitting his little girl a Doctor looked at her and said there were no marks or injuries on her. Yet CPS took my grand kids..they told my son and his girlfriend it was just a couple of months..but Nov. is the permanency hearing..

Their physiological evaluation came back that neither one was fit at this time to care for my grandson and his sister..

Yet back in NH on April 15, 2009my son received sole custody of both of these precious children..
