I echo the comments the previous reviewers made. We went there because the other reviews were so positive. My husband's shoes needed new soles. Larry gave us several options to fixing them. We went with new leather soles and heels. We dropped the shoes off on a Thursday and asked for them to be done two days later on Saturday. Larry called the next day (Friday) to say they were done. Great customer service.

The shoes practically looked new when we picked them up. Excellent workmanship.

Larry was very professional and personable, and he certainly seemed to know his trade. When I was in the shop to drop the shoes off, another couple came in to pick up shoes. Larry decided it was time for some music, so he pulled his flute out from inside the glass counter and played Autumn Leaves for us. Nice little serenade.

I didn't get the name of Larry's dog (Cairn terrier I think), but it was a friendly, and barked at us as we opened the door to leave the shop.

This shop was one of those little treasures you find and you want to tell everyone what a great shop it is and to patronize the establishment...
