my mother in law, had her tv fixed on sept 2, 2009, they charged her$500 to clean the cooling fans inside and reset the color wheel, funny how i called another television repair place in mentor and they told me only the manufacturer is able to reset the color wheel, not repair shops out in the field, people don't pay expensive prices for a can of compressed air like my mother in law did, no parts were replaced at all!,
