Found this just off I-25 and WHAT A FIND! They offer Mexican and American food. Everyone around us was eating the Mexican offerings from the menu, but we both ordered American. The soup was delicious-appeared to be homemade with chunks of chicken, carrots, and celery. The broth was simply scrumptious-something I would crave to eat again. I ordered a BLT with onion rings. The sandwich was toasted with butter, the bacon was just the right crispness, the tomatos were fresh, and the onion rings were the perfect firmness with a delectable beer batter. My companion ordered the chicken sandwich with the onion rings and we were both exclaiming over how good everything was. The iced tea was obviously freshly brewed and in a very large glass. The service was excellent. I will definitely visit again and try the Mexican food. I've already recommended it to several friends. The bathrooms were clean and large, well stocked. We were there on a Saturday evening around 7 pm. By the time we left, it was full of local people as well as other travelers.
