This is an excellent hotel. From the second we walked in the door everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. Almost spotless, which is something I really appreciate since the last few hotels I have stayed at had less than desirable rooms. The rooms are very spacious as well. You are also in a great location at this hotel, only a few minutes from Kings Island plus there are plenty of places to eat on Mason-Montgomery Rd.
It is worth the money for sure, every experience at a Hyatt Place is a good one for me.
