I just moved here from California and have a BMW. I needed to get service done on it to get it ready for winter driving. I also had a minor brake issue that was pointing to new rotors, which are almost $200 a piece. I was expecting to pay anywhere from $500 to $700 bucks. Come to find out I still had a warranty on the car that covers the rotors. i also got my car ready for winter driving by the service team for ONLY $50 deductable. I even got a loner car for 2 days at NO CHARGE. The service was great, my service advisor did a great job, very professional & he stayed in touch with me. Haveing a high end car you would think it would cost you but if there is a story here, its GET the extended warrenty on your car its worth it! So hats off to this dealer, I will be back.
