This facility has a fancy reception area which makes a good impression, but is clearly funded by the overcharges suffered by clients. As soon as they get your credit card number, they charge it immediately and do not stand behind their deposit policy. I made my appointment almost 3 weeks in advance and within 18hours of making my appointment canceled the appointment and they immediately charged me, despite their "policy" which clearly indicated that deposits are required if you book your appointment within 10 days of the animals' stay, in this case I should not have been charged until that 10th day prior to our stay.. They took $75 from me for nothing, they charged me prematurely and even though the manager admitted there could have been a problem, she said their was a "typo" on the website and it was actually a 30 day time frame in which to be charged. That shouldn't matter, what's in writing is binding. The staff is friendly and helpful until you cancel your reservation. I have boarded with them a few times before and though it's a decent kennel, they are extremely expensive and the fact that you need to pay for them to pet or walk your pet seems callous and unloving, quite contrary to the image they project on their site. My dogs sat on a concrete floor surrounded by fencing with an old bath mat, and this is supposed to be "exceptional"? I have become extremely disappointed in this facility and they will no longer get my business(which they clearly do not need as long as they have my Visa number!!!) and they will not get my recommendation for your pet, I would hate for someone else to have to deal with the idiocy I have dealt with. My brother in law also had the same issue, he lost his money this way too because, as in my case, the kennel neglects to inform you of thier "policy" when taking your account number. Beware!!!!
