I was not happy with the service I received from this store. The staff tried to sell me on a fireplace insert that was too big for my home and I wasn't even looking for a fireplace insert! I wanted a Pellet stove and after reminding the sales man TWICE that I didn't even have room for what he was showing me, I was promptly treated like a woman who didn't know what she was talking about. He even called me "Little lady"! And by the way, I checked the efficiency ratings and information that I was told when I got home and I was LIED TO. I suggest you save yourself the frustration and stay away from this store.
