This place was very, very clean. It is an older place, but well kept. The rates are very reasonable, it's very close to the beach/ocean, and there is a bus stop out front, so leave your car parked and ride the bus all day for only $2.00/person. We stayed in one of the motel rooms and they seem to all have private balconies and each room has a mini-refrigerator in them. Just a great place to stay and very affordable for families or couples.
