After doing extensive research, my wife and i bought our first Hot Springs hot tub from Coleman Bright Ideas in 1997. Everything from the actual purchase through delivery and setup went very smoothly. During the 9 years that we owned our original hot tub we had to schedule a service call only once - and that was for a very minor issue. In 2006, we purchased an upgraded model and sold the perfectly working 1997 model to a friend.
