Tech #2205 Jeff was very professional and took time to explain what he did and what he thought should be done . He understood my financial situation and gave me quotes and recommendations. He drew me a picture to explain what he did and this helped because I am a visual learner. He has a good sense of humor and in these economic times people need someone to keep them calm when they have unexpected expenses.
