When we first moved to AZ we were stuck in a Motel 6 in a not so great part of town until we found a place to settle in and call home so, of course, we went for the first decent place we saw. At first we were completely thrilled with the apartment and the complex, can't complain about the management, the grounds, any of it. Then we started looking around and realized that we could do a lot better for our money. We have enjoyed living here so far but when our lease is up we will be packing it up and heading to a less expensive apartment. The amenities here can be found in every apartment complex but after doing our research we've been able to find several places that don't charge nearly what Wyngate does in rent so I would suggest being patient and doing your research before deciding on this complex.
