My inboard hadn't been running for many years and had some issues. I told them I know nothing about boat motors. They agreed to fix whatever needed fixing to make it water ready. They were very understanding about my budget. I got it back and it ran well for about 1/2hr. I brought it back. Turns out there was no oil in the lower unit. They refused to take responsiblily for it or fix it, even when I offered a compromise. So much for their 1 yr guarentee.
