I have been trying to rent a vehicle to take out of state from Texas, nobody would do it without charging an arm and a leg. While calling for quotes everyone seemed to take my calls as a bother.......NATIONAL WAS THE ONLY RENTAL PLACE I CAME ACCROSS WITH WONDERFUL RATES AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
