The service was slow. There were only two of us in the waiting room and it was over an hour before either on of us were seen.
Afterwards I had to call back because I had accidentally dropped the antibiotics for my sons ear infection and they said they would call in another prescription. After talking to the pharmacy they reported that Diamondmed had actually called to deny the refill and that I would have to get a re-examination for my son before I could get it refilled. It had only been 2 days since the exam and I would have been fine bringing him in for another if that was their policy but they should have told me that in the first place instead of giving me the run around. I won't be going back there. They lost my families business and I'll be sure to tell my friends as well.
