Was introduced to the "Shire" by my brother who lives in Chehalis. My wife and I were on vacation for a week in the PNW. Of all the restraunts we ate at, the Shire was by far the best. I had the "smokey mountain" twice. The single best lunch sandwich I may have ever had. Hats off to the Shire for great service great times and great food. By the way, the prime rib on Friday nights is off the chart good and this coming from a Kansas farm boy.
