I have been using the services of the Claremont Vet Clinic for more than 10 years. Their prices are the fairest around - they really seem to understand that we LOVE LOVE LOVE our pets, but don't always have the money necessary to care for them the way we should. They never judge or make you feel bad - they just offer the best medical advice and steer you in the right direction - affordibly.

The facility is a bit outdated inside and out, but this is totally acceptable given the prices they are offering and the fact that the quality of care is not compromised. Maybe at some point it'd be nice to see some modern updates... but that won't stop me from bringing my pets here.

The reason I only gave 4 stars because I really really really wish they would update their phones so that I wouldn't get a busy signal for half the day. I have also spoken to friends who share this complaint. When you're trying to call between kids, work, and other LIFE stuff... it gets annoying when you can't even leave a message or send an email. I understand the demands of a busy medical office (having worked in one) but I think they need to take advantage of modern services that would compliment their practice.
