All I get is compliments on the website Rich designed for me. I have sent him many referrals. As soon as someone sees my site they ask me who designed it. Not only was I happy with my site but Rich was easy to work with and always willing to accomodate the changes I wanted to make.
I would definetly recommend him for a website design.
