I called a couple of auto glass repair places and found that Good Shepherd the least expensive and the most helpful over the phone. Tony was a complete gentleman and helped me get the quickest service possible. The part they ordered was wrong so my repair was pushed back but only because they wanted the best quality window for me. They also gave me a discount because of the delay in time. Steve was great and very understanding of my situation since I work downtown Baltimore and had to fix my car on the side of the road. They were quick and very efficient! My car looked better than before! They vaccuumed every inch of surface, leaving no piece of glass anywhere! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
