A couple years ago I bought over $500 worth of bead kits from the Eclectica booth at The Bead & Button Show.

When I got home, I discovered that the quantity of the materials in the kits were not adequate to make the final product advertised on the packaging and on their booth displays.

I contacted the company and the customer service folks attempted to help, but the owner was very nasty. It is simply not possible that they would make a mistake.

I have done all kinds of crafts during most of my life. I have generally found the folks in these industries to be very friendly, very helpful, and very service-oriented. Eclectica is the first and only time I have experienced such awful, nasty service.

The owner of Eclectica obviously does not care about the customer. With plenty of bead shops to choose from, there is no reason to bother with Eclectica.
