We had our shower floor and the "tile look" surround put into our Master Bath. We were told that in 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract, that we would be notified and a date would be set up for installation. Into the 3rd week, we called and were told that we would be set up with an appointment in the following week. We were under a time frame for completing the work that we were going to do (floor replacement, etc.) which because of the delay is not going to be completed. The young man that came out was very efficient and did an excellent job. However, he did not have the grab bar or the correct drain cover and has had to come out on 3 different occasions before the correct pieces were installed. We are generally very pleased with the job and have recommended you to others.
