Having a Break down is a very unpleasant situation to be in. I was stuck on the side on the highway on 94 west right near the 18th St off ramp and was pushed down the ramp by the highway towing truck. I was happy to be out of harms way due to the fact that I no longer had to worry about being hit by a fast moving car on a Chicago highway until I had noticed where I was now stuck. This area was a dark shabby evil looking little street at the bottom of the off ramp in from what I would guess was a rough section of the city, which made me a little more nervous then being on the highway. I started fumbling around with my phone searching for a company to come to tow my car for me and fast. I was greeted by a few people who seemed to have no ideal they were a towing company since the numbers must have been wrong. I then clicked on another pinpoint on my phone and called Chicago Lakefront towing and was delighted when the man on the other end of the line said they happened to be several blocks away and would have a driver there to help me in 10 minutes. Their driver came to help me very fast but was unable to fix my car which I ended up having to tow it on a flatbed truck to car max where I had a warranty on my car. Their response time was better then I would have ever expected from any service, their driver was groomed very well with very nice conversation skills along with a very pretty towing (Rig) I highly recommend this service to anyone
