I have taken my 5 year old son to Jumping Jacks since his first pair of shoes at 9 months of age. I would not take him anywhere else. It is worth paying a few extra dollars for a pair of shoes and know that they have been properly fitted to your child's foot. I like their honesty when dealing with their customer and appreciate the personal attention when being served. It is also great that they send reminders in the mail when it is time to have your child's feet checked for growth.
