Although I had a valid green card for 10 years, I was hesitant to apply for Citizenship due to a prior "misdemeanor sex crime arrest" (which classifies under the definition of "crime of moral torpitude" subject to potential deportation). Although in my criminal trial my case was dismissed and I pled guilty to a lesser disorderly conduct, when the time came for my citizenship application, I contacted Mr. Mike Baker for his expertise on Immigration Law.
After he agreed to take up my case for Naturalization, his advice was extremely valuable as I kept continuously submitting documents that were requested by USCIS. Michael's background on similar immigration cases, his experience in criminal law, and, his approach of analyzing potential future issues/queries across all angles, was simply amazing. With extreme due diligence in every step along the way, I was able to become a US Citizen after 1 year of my application.
Thanks to Michael Baker and I hope that he would continue to help out clients with their Immigration issues. I would highly recommend Mr. Michael Baker to assist clients in solving criminal / immigration issues.
