We called Myth Systems for a small issue that we were having with our server at our small medical office. You would have thought that it was a complete IT emergency the way they responded! They were in our office less than an hour after I called and had the issue fixed within a half hour! Of course I was expecting a trip charge or to be billed for a full hour but our bill had one line item: 0.5 Hours of Non-Contract Business Support - $45. Since then we have signed a support agreement with Myth Systems and have received the same amazing service and for much less than the already low price that we paid the first day.
